The Composite Regenerative Matrix System (CRM System) is a Taiwan-developed device designed for use in dental composite bone grafting procedures. Through repeated compression and re-coating cycles performed by the instruments, autologous fibrin glue (AFG), freeze-dried bone allograft (FDBA), and collagen are integrated into a cohesive scaffold structure. This processing method enhances structural stability and enables controlled placement of the material without the need for barrier membranes (Ti-mesh or collagen membrane).
