Composite Regenerative Matrix (CRM) is a regenerative matrix system that combines autologous blood-derived components, bone graft materials, and collagen, specifically designed for dental bone regeneration and implant therapy.
Through a specialized CRM compression and repeated coagulation technique, growth factors, fibrin, and bone particles are integrated into a highly stable regenerative matrix, enabling the graft material to form a structurally stable and biologically active scaffold for bone regeneration.
With the development of dedicated instruments such as the CRM forming compressor and preparation container, the formed regenerative matrix can undergo multiple cycles of compression and recoagulation. This process makes the material structure more compact and homogeneous, gradually forming a regenerative matrix with high cohesion and enhanced biological activity.

Since 2006, the Japan Implant Aesthetic Hands-on Course, jointly led by Dr. Hiroaki Enomoto and Dr. Takahiko Sugiyama from Japan, has been held in Taiwan and has attracted nearly 1,000 Taiwanese dentists to complete the program. Following the courses, many participating dentists expressed their hope to establish a local branch in Taiwan to create a professional platform for continuous learning and academic exchange. In response to this demand, after several years of planning and preparation, the Taiwan branch was officially established in 2012 and has continued to grow steadily ever since.
Today, in addition to continuing to develop advanced continuing education programs for dentists in Taiwan, the courses have gradually expanded to other countries including China, Singapore, and Malaysia, providing local dentists with opportunities for professional learning and collaboration. Looking ahead, the initiative aims to advance dental treatment techniques based on the clinical needs of Asian patients while expanding its influence globally, contributing to the ongoing development of modern dental therapy worldwide.
